| 释义 | 可訊問事務 A person’s dealings, transactions, property, and affairs including the relevant financial affairs of an associate. A person can be brought to court for public examination on the application of the Official Receiver: Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap 6) s 19. The Official Receiver, a trustee in bankruptcy, special manager of the bankrupt’s estate or any creditor may question the bankrupt concerning his affairs, dealings, property and the causes of his failure.
