释义	在預期婚姻的情況下 Unless expressed to be made in contemplation of marriage with a particular person, a will or a disposition in a will is revoked by the testator’s marriage: Wills Ordinance (Cap 30) s 14(3); Leung Sai Lun Robert & Ors v Leung May Ling & Ors [1999] 1 HKC 605 (CFA). To avoid revocation, express words indicating that the testator intends to marry a person named as a beneficiary must be contained in the will. However, the courts will construe a will liberally in this respect and phrases such as ‘my fiancée’ or ‘my wife’ are usually taken to indicate sufficient contemplation: Re Langston [1953] 1 All ER 928, P 100.
