| 释义 | 藉通知書而納入 A method of including terms into a contract where the terms are contained in another document: Olley v Marlborough Court Ltd [1949] 1 KB 532. Such method requires that the party proffering the document as part of the contract give reasonable notice to all the other parties to the contract that the terms contained in the document are intended by him to be incorporated into the contract, and such notice may be given expressly or by implication.
