释义	不容置疑的利益 In restitution, a benefit which is unquestionable, demonstrably apparent and not subject to debate and conjecture; an enrichment that no reasonable person would say is of no value to the recipient. It includes the receipt of a realised or readily realisable financial benefit, the saving of a necessary expense, and the discharge of a liability: BP Exploration Co (Libya) Ltd v Hunt (No 2) [1979] 1 WLR 783 (HL). The fact that a defendant has been incontrovertibly benefited merely establishes that he has been enriched; it does not of itself establish that he has been unjustly enriched.
