| 释义 | 交貨單 Abbr – DN A document accompanying goods sent by a vendor, often in duplicate with one copy to be kept by the recipient of the goods and the other to be signed and returned to the vendor. The vendor’s copy is evidence of due delivery of the goods. In the shipping context, a delivery note accompanies the goods to be loaded, confirms the booking of the cargo and details the quantity and description of the goods to be carried.
