释义	聯權共有人 A person who holds an interest in property jointly with another. A joint tenant does not have an interest in land capable of being devised in a will unless the other joint tenants predecease him or her, leaving him or her the sole surviving owner of the land. See also Four unities; Right of survivorship. 與另一人共同持有財產權益的人。「聯權共有人」在遺囑中可予遺贈的土地並無權益，但如其他聯權共有人先於該聯權共有人去世，使其成為該土地的唯一尚存擁有人，則屬例外。另見 Four unities; Right of survivorship。
