释义	租金限制 A curtailment of contractual rights of landlords and mortgagees to set the amount or conditions for payment of rent by legislative means. In Hong Kong, controls over rent are provided in the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap 7). The level of control varies, depending upon which part of the Ordinance applies to the tenancy in question.
