释义 | 可變更的/可撤消的 The quality of being changeable or revocable for the time being or until a stipulated event happens; for example, a will is ambulatory up until the testator’s death. The word is used in succession law to describe a clause or provision in a will the operation of which is suspended until the specified event happens, upon which it then becomes effective and binding: Bullock v Bennet (1855) 7 De G M & G 283; Re Hodgson; Nowell v Flannery [1936] Ch 203.
