| 释义 | 候解離境 The period of time after the expiry of the period of grace when a person remained in the country prior to actually being deported. A person in respect of whom a deportation order is in force may be detained under the authority of Secretary for Security pending his removal from Hong Kong: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 14, Immigration [215.044]; Immigration Ordinance (Cap 115) s 2(3).
