释义	最後帳目 In a building contract, the account for the entire works to be agreed between the employer and the contractor upon final completion. The final account usually includes additions and deductions in relation to variation works, omission of works, defects, liquidated damages, or any other items arising out of the carrying out of the works according to the contract which have not yet been taken into account in interim certificates. The final account will set out the final payment due from the employer to the contractor or vice versa having regards to the total amount due under the contract, being the original contract sum with adjustments, less any progress, installments or interim payments.
