| 释义 | 協調責任 A common liability equally shared by two or more persons for one sum or debt. Discharge of the debt by one of the persons gives rise to the right of contribution. Coordinate liability is borne by co-sureties, co-insurers, co-contractors, partners, joint tenants, and tenants in common. There is no requirement that the liability arise under the same instrument, be of the same nature, or attract the same remedies. See also Contribution; Co-surety. 兩個或以上的人士就一款項或債項同等地分擔的共同法律責任。當中一方就該債項的解除引致獲得分擔的權利。協調責任是由共同擔保人、共同承保人、共同承辦商、合夥人、聯權共有人及分權共有人承擔。該法律責任無須源於同一法律文件、擁有同一性質或享有同樣補救方法。另見 Contribution; Co-surety。 |
