释义	財政利益 A benefit in monetary terms. The amount of financial advantage that a deceased would have been received if he had acted to claim benefits, during the three years ending with his death, accruing to him from a company to which he has transferred any property is deemed to be a property of the deceased for the purpose of estate duty: Estate Duty Ordinance (Cap 111) s 35(2), sch 2.
