| 释义 | 法律程序的最終裁定 A judgment that determines the rights and liabilities between parties to proceedings and that will, subject to any possible appeal, finally determine or conclude the matter in litigation. A determination as to the appropriate procedure for continuing an action is an interlocutory order relating to the procedure to be applied, which is contrasted with final determination: Kung Wong Sau Hin & Anor v Sze To Chun Keung & Ors [1996] 2 HKC 616 (HC).
