| 释义 | 判定債權人 A person who has obtained a judgment or order for the payment by some other person (a judgment debtor): Re Yohan Chandra, ex p United Overseas Bank Ltd [2002] 1 HKLRD 404 (CA). The judgment creditor has the right to enforce payment by execution against debtor’s property. A judgment creditor may apply for a garnishee order against any other person who is indebted to the judgment debtor: The Rules of the High Court (Cap 4) O 49 r 1(1).
