| 释义 | 分割管養權 Previously, a custodial arrangement in which two or more persons had custody of a child in relation to defined, generally mutually exclusive, periods of time. In regard to each period, a different person had the custodial rights and duties. Now both parents have equal parental responsibility for a child, the rights and authority of mother and father shall be equal and exercisable by either without the other: Guardianship of Minors Ordinance (Cap 13) s 3 (1)(c)(i).
