释义	具關鍵性的申述 In marine insurance law, a representation that would influence the judgment of a prudent insurer in fixing the premium, or determining whether to take the risk: Marine Insurance Ordinance (Cap 329) s 20(2). If an assured makes untrue material representations to the insurer during negotiations for the contract and before the contract is concluded, the insurer may avoid the contract: s 20(1). The question whether a representation is material or not is a question of fact in each case: s 20(7).
