释义	婚姻居所 The residence of a married couple during the course of the marriage to which one party may be entitled on divorce or on the other’s death. In Hong Kong, the surviving spouse may elect to apply some or all of his or her entitlement on intestacy to the acquisition of an interest in the matrimonial home in which the surviving spouse was residing formerly owned by the intestate: Intestates’ Estates Ordinance (Cap 73) s 7, sch 2.
