释义	婚姻訴訟 Legal proceedings instituted for the purpose of separation or the annulment or dissolution of a marriage. The sole ground for divorce is that the marriage has broken down irretrievably. Legal proceedings for divorce shall be instituted by a petition or by an application. The five facts relied on to prove the ground of petition are adultery, unreasonable behaviour, one year separation with consent, two years separation without consent and desertion: Matrimonial Causes Ordinance (Cap 179) ss 11, 11A. Petition for divorce is prohibited if made before one year from the date of marriage: s 12.
