| 释义 | 負責人員 In relation to a body corporate that is, or proposes to be, a member of another body corporate, the responsible officer is a director or executive officer (eg manager or secretary) of the company or a person who has effective or substantial control of this company. Where a body corporate applies for a licence, it refers to an officer who performs duties in connection with the holding of the licence. In relation to a certification authority, it refers a person occupying a position of responsibility in relation to the activities of the certification authority relevant to the Ordinance: Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap 553) s 2(1).
