| 释义 | 法院人員 An individual involved in the administration of the affairs of the court. The principal officers of the Court are the clerk of the court, the sheriff, the recorder, and the bailiff. Every solicitor shall be an officer of the High Court and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court: Legal Practitioners Ordinance (Cap 159) s 3(1). A solicitor admitted to practise in the High Court is an officer of the District Court and subject to its jurisdiction to the same extent as in the Court of First Instance: District Court Ordinance (Cap 336) s 70. Officers of the Court also include person whom powers and duties conferred and imposed on the court were delegated to such as the Official Receiver and a liquidator appointed in a winding-up proceedings: Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap 6) s 75; Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 226. 涉及法院行政事務的個別人士。主要的法院人員為法庭書記、司法行政官、特委法官及執達主任。每名律師均為法院人員，受高等法院的司法管轄權規限：《法律執業者條例》（第159章）第3(1)條。獲認許在高等法院執業的律師，是區域法院人員，並受區域法院的司法管轄權所規限，規限範圍與他在原訟法庭所受規限的範圍相同：《區域法院條例》（第336章）第70條。法院人員亦包括獲法庭轉授委予及授予法院的權力之破產管理署署長，及在清盤法律程序中所委任的清盤人：《破產條例》（第6章）第75條；《公司條例》（第32章）第226條。 |
