释义	受要約人 A person who is capable of accepting a contractual offer, personally or by an agent, so as to become party to the contract on acceptance: Newborne v Sensolid (Great Britain) Ltd [1954] 1 QB 45, [1953] 1 All ER 708 (CA). An offer may be so phrased, or made under such conditions, as to be made to the world in general or a wide class of people, so that someone previously unknown to the offeror may accept it and make a contract: Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball Co [1893] 1 QB 256.
