| 释义 | 破產司法常務官 A person appointed under the Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap 6) to hold the office bearing that name. It includes the Registrar of the High Court, any Deputy Registrar of the High Court, and any Assistant Registrar of the High Court appointed by the Chief Justice: Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap 6) s 99A(7). The Registrar may exercise and perform the powers and duties conferred or imposed upon the court, ie to conduct a public examination of the bankrupt (s 19) and to make inquiry as to bankrupt's conduct, dealings and property (s 29).
