| 释义 | 復歸 1. In relation to the interest of a lessor, the right of the lessor to recover his land on the termination of that term. 2. The estate a grantor recovers after the particular estate determined where he has not expressly disposed of it by creating further future interests, and the remainder is the estate left after the determination of the particular estate where the grantor disposes of it to other donees. It is a form of future interest in that it is not presently being enjoyed physically by a grantor.
