释义 | 監護 A child who is, pursuant to a court order or administrative action, declared to be under the protective guardianship of the court: Re S (infants) [1967] 1 All ER 202. No infant will be made a ward of court except by virtue of an order to that effect made by the Court of First Instance: High Court Ordinance (Cap 4) s 26(1). The court has an extensive power over its wards, both in respect of their persons and property.
