| 释义 | 清單/存貨 Lat – inventorium. A list of articles, property or goods, enumerated in reasonable detail. The list may be used in a variety of situations, for example a record of stock held, an account of goods sold, or in relation to bills of sale or to the goods and chattels of a deceased estate. Also the amount or value of a company’s current assets that consist of plant and equipment, raw materials, work in progress, stock and finished goods, or such goods individually. A bailiff shall make an inventory of property to be seized and shall give a copy of such inventory together with a notice in specified form to the debtor or to any other person on his behalf, in or upon the said house or premises: Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap 7) s 89. It is an offence for a person who knowingly and wilfully makes, otherwise than on oath, a statement false in a material particular, such statement being made in an inventory, which he is authorised or required to make, attest or verify, by any enactment for the time being in force, shall be guilty of an offence: Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200) s 36(b).
