It includes polychlorinated biphenyls, halogenated hydrocarbons, pesticides and herbicides, mercury and arsenic wastes and organometallics. It also includes biological wastes, high boiling point combustible wastes, explosives, radioactive wastes, peroxides and dioxins. 2.
