释义 | 處理 1. Generally, the taking of action with respect to a thing or person in a particular way: for example, law courts must deal with law breakers. Used in reference to an undertaking or agreement often in a colloquial manner. 2. In relation to securities, on the part of a principal or agent, to make or offer to make an agreement with any other person, or to induce or attempt to induce any other person to enter into or offer to enter into any agreement (a) for or with a view to acquiring, disposing of, subscribing for or underwriting securities; (b) the purpose or pretended purpose of which is to secure a profit to any of the parties from the yield of securities or by reference to fluctuations in the value of securities: Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap 571) sch 1 pt 1 s 1.
