释义	時間期滿 Expiration of the prescribed time; lapse of time. A periodic tenancy would not automatically arise by virtue of the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap 7) s 52(1) if a tenancy expired by effluxion of time; rather an indefinite tenancy will continue after the expiration: Wong Chor Wan v Yuen Yau & Anor [1983] 1 HKC 192.
