| 释义 | 教育目的 The purposes for which certain institutions achieve nourishing, rearing or training a person. In copyright law, a reasonable extent of copying a literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work in the course of instruction may not constitute an infringement action: Copyright Ordinance (Cap 528) s 41. Acts include anthologies for educational use; performing, playing or showing work in course of activities by educational establishment; or recording by educational establishments of broadcast and cable programmes; and reprograghical copying made by educational establishment of passages from published works are also acts permitted under copyright law: ss 41-45.
