释义 | 法律上的轉予 The involuntary passing of property from one person to another by operation of law, for example, upon death, bankruptcy or insolvency. Devolution occurs when the estate becomes vested in the personal representative, official receiver, or trustee. If the donor and any person assigning the land by his direction and any person deriving title under him by deed or act of operation of law in his lifetime subsequent to that assignment, or devolution in law on his death shall assure the land to the person to whom the land is expressed to be assigned and to those deriving title under him, the covenant for title implied in the assignment amounts to be disposed voluntary by way of assignment by the person who is expressed to assign a donor: Conveyancing and Property Ordinance (Cap 219) sch 1 pt III.
