释义	僱傭合約 Any agreement, whether in writing or oral, express or implied, whereby one person agrees to employ another and that other agrees to serve his employer as an employee, and also a contract of apprenticeship: Employment Ordinance (Cap 57) s 2. It is a contract of service rather than a contract for service: Lee Ting Sang v Chung Chi Kung [1990] HKLR 766 (HC).
