释义	外國判決的登記 The registration in the Court of First Instance in Hong Kong of certain judgments made from a superior court in the United Kingdom: Judgments (Facilities for Enforcement) Ordinance (Cap 9) s 3(1). The registration will give that foreign judgment the standing of a local judgment for the purposes of enforcement in Hong Kong. It will have the same force and effect as if it had been a judgment originally obtained on the date of registration in the Court of First Instance in Hong Kong: s 3(3)(a). Only final and conclusive foreign judgment between the parties thereto can be registered: s 3(1), (2)(a).
