| 释义 | 遺囑認證司法常務官 A person appointed under the Probate And Administration Ordinance (Cap 10) to hold the office bearing that name. A grant of probate or administration may be made, amended or resealed by the Registrar in the name and under the seal of the court: s 5(1). The Registrar may exercise all such powers as are ancillary thereto which the court or a judge may exercise in like circumstances (s 5(2)), for example, to order production of testamentary writings (s 7(3)). The Registrar shall be ex officio Official Administrator: s 9(1).
