| 释义 | 瀕危物種 Flora and fauna which are likely to become extinct unless the circumstances and factors threatening their abundance, survival or evolutionary development cease to operate; or a species whose numbers have been reduced to such a critical level, or whose habitats have been so drastically reduced that it is in immediate danger of extinction. In Hong Kong, species set out in the schedules of the Animals and Plants (Protection of Endangered Species) Ordinance (Cap 187) are protected. The Animals and Plants (Protection of Endangered Species) Ordinance implements the Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (1973). Import, export or possession of endangered species without license is unlawful: Animals and Plants (Protection of Endangered Species) Ordinance (Cap 187) ss 4-6. See also National park; Pollution. 除非威脅數目、生存或進化的情況及因素停止，否則相當可能成為被滅絕的植物與動物；或數目已減少至危險的水平的任何物種；或該物種的居住環境激烈地減少，導致有滅絕的即時危險。在香港，於《動植物（瀕危物種保護）條例》（第187章）所列明的物種獲受保護。1973年3月3日在華盛頓簽署的《瀕危野生動植物種國際貿易公約》在香港通過《動植物（瀕危物種保護） 條例》實施。在沒有許可證的情況下，進口、出口或管有瀕危物種，即屬犯法：《動植物（瀕危物種保護）條例》（第187章）第4至6條。另見 National park; Pollution。 |
