| 释义 | 非牟利公司 A company formed for the purpose of promoting the co-ordination and improvement of social service activities, developing resources, such as manpower, funds and data, for social service activities, or promoting public understanding of social service needs and the role of the voluntary agencies in meeting those needs, that is required by its constitution to apply its profits, if any, or other income solely in promoting those aims and to prohibit the payment of any dividend to its members: Chief Executive Election Ordinance (Cap 569) sch pt 1(6).
