| 释义 | 創業資金 Equity capital used for high risk investments, with the prospect of high returns; such investment is commonly made in new businesses or in existing businesses which are undertaking major changes. Where venture capital is not held for the sole purpose of financing a high risk project but also for other business purposes as well, it is not a trust: Derochement Société Anonyme v Kent Industrial Films Ltd [1987] 2 HKC 271.
