释义 | 行乞 The act of asking for gift of money or food. It is an offence to beg or gather alms in any public place, street or waterway, or cause or procure or encourage any child or children so to do: Summary Offences Ordinance (Cap 228) s 26A. No person shall beg for or gather alms, or, for the purpose of gathering alms, expose or exhibit any sores, wounds or bodily ailment or deformity, at any bathing beaches, swimming pools, private markets, pleasure grounds, or a country park or special area: Bathing Beaches Regulation (Cap 132E) s 14, Pleasure Grounds Regulation (Cap 132BC) s 27; Private Markets Regulation (Cap 132BG) s 19; Public Swimming Pools Regulation (Cap 132BR) s 5; Country Parks and Special Areas Regulations (Cap 208A) s 12(1). A passenger or intending passenger on a public bus or public light bus shall not beg while in or on the vehicle: Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) Regulations (Cap 374D) reg 46(2)(b)(i). 問取贈與金錢或食物的行為。任何人在任何公眾地方、街道或水道乞取或收取施捨,或導致、促致或鼓勵任何兒童作上述事情,均屬犯罪:《簡易程序治罪條例》(第228章) 第26A條。任何人不得在任何泳灘、泳池、私營街市、遊樂場地、郊野公園或特別地區上乞求或收集施捨,或為收集施捨而露出或展示任何瘡腫、傷口、身上的病患或身體的畸形部位:《泳灘規例》(第132E章) 第14條; 《遊樂場地規例》 (第132BC章) 第27條; 《私營街市規例》(第132BG章)第19條;《公眾泳池規例》(第132BR章0第5條;《郊野公園及特別地區規例》(第208A章)第 12(1)條。公共巴士或公共小巴的乘客或有意乘搭該等車輛的人,不得在車內或車上行乞:《道路交通(公共服務車輛)規例》(第374D章)第46(2)(b)(i)條規例。n. |
