| 释义 | 特別立遺囑人 A testator from a privileged class who may validly make an informal will, which may be completely oral or written. Although the formalities are dispensed with, the necessary testamentary intention must be present: Re Limond [1915] 2 Ch 240. A privileged will will remain in force until it is revoked or until the death of the testator. Usually a privileged testator is a person who is in actual naval, military or air force service and any mariner or seaman being at sea: Wills Ordinance (Cap 30) s 6.
