| 释义 | 書面 A mode of representing or reproducing words, figures; or symbols in visible form. It includes printing, lithography, photography, typewriting, and any other mode of representing words in a visible form: Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (Cap 1) s 3. In copyright law, it includes any form of notation or code, whether by hand or otherwise and regardless of the method by which, or medium in or on which, it is recorded: Copyright Ordinance (Cap 528) s 198(1). An assignment of copyright is not effective unless it is in writing signed by or on behalf of the copyright owner: ss 101, 216.
