A company incorporated in Hong Kong will normally have both Hong Kong nationality and Hong Kong domicile: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 6, Companies and Corporations [95.0078]. The domicile of a corporation remains with a corporation throughout its existence: Gasque v IRC [1940] 2 KB 80.
