释义	普通決議 A resolution passed by the majority of those present and voting at a meeting. Generally, ordinary resolutions need not be registered: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 117. An ordinary resolution is sufficient to effect any transaction which is within the powers of the company and is not required, either by the articles or the Companies Ordinance to be effected in some other manner.
