释义	農地 1. Land used as farm land, a fish pond, a market garden, a nursery ground, an orchard or for animal husbandry: Rating Ordinance (Cap 116) s 36(4). 2. Land which is held from the government on terms (usually in the relevant grant) the effect of which is to prohibit its use thereof otherwise than as agricultural land or to prohibit the erection thereon of any building without the consent of the government: Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap 7) s 2; Lee On Construction Co Ltd v Law Hon Ching & Ors [1964] HKDCLR 151.
