释义 | 特權 The common law powers of the Crown derived from the British monarch. It is unlikely that any prerogative powers of the British Crown has survived the resumption of exercise of sovereignty by the People’s Republic of China over Hong Kong. Many powers commonly described as prerogative powers are now provided by the Basic Law or the statute.
