释义	失責罰款 A payment required as a penalty as a result of not complying with a contract term or condition or a legislative provision: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 351(1A)(d). It can also be a term used for a fine imposed for breach of a legislative provision, for example, in company law a person convicted of an offence after continued default, refusal or contravention is liable to a default fine.
