| 释义 | 拖欠溢價 An amount in excess of the promised yield on a bond that a lender requires a borrower to pay to compensate for the possibility that the borrower might default on payment. The payment represents the difference between the promised yield on a risky fixed income security or loan and the yield that would be obtained from an identical security which carried no risk.
