释义	當地承兌 A qualified acceptance of a bill of exchange, being a promise to pay only at a particular specified place: Bills of Exchange Ordinance (Cap 19) s 19(3)(c). An acceptance to pay at a particular place is a general acceptance, unless it expressly states that the bill is to be paid there only and not elsewhere: s 19(3)(c); Bank Polski v K J Mulder & Co [1942] 1 KB 497, 1 All ER 396 (CA).
