| 释义 | 各別產業 1. The individual property of one of two parties who have some relationship giving rise to some jointly owned property, such as in a marriage or a business relationship. 2. Formerly, property given to a married woman for her own use, including use of the income and with the power to sell and will the property, unless restrained from doing so. Such dealings could occur without the consent of the woman’s husband. The creation of a separate estate was a device to overcome the limitation that a woman was incapable of owning property except through her husband.
