| 释义 | 主要土地 Real property in which a right of way or easement is attached to the ownership rights. Also, real property to which the benefit of rights under a covenant are attached: London CC v Allen [1914] 3 KB 642 (CA). Where there is an easement, the owner of the dominant land will have rights to pass over the servient land. Where there is a covenant the owner of the dominant land has the right to require the owner of the servient land not to use the servient land in a particular way, or to use it in a particular way.
