| 释义 | 自由貿易區 A group of two or more customs territories in which the duties and other restrictive regulations of commerce (such as quantitative restrictions and discriminatory treatments) are eliminated on substantially all the trade between the constituent territories in products originating in such territories: General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1947, Art XXIV and General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994. A free trade area may encompass liberalising measures in the trade in services: General Agreement on Trade in Services art V.
