因取消出庭所引起的費用
The practice of claiming the whole of a fee for appearing at a hearing despite the barrister not being required to appear at the hearing because the matter is settled or not reached, or for some other reason does not proceed. Under normal practice, a barrister is not bound to waive his or her fee in these circumstances. See also Brief; Hearing.
因要求大律師在聆訊中出庭而就此該大律師申索的全數費用，縱使有關事項已予和解或尚待處理，或因其他原因未繼續進行，而該大律師不須在聆訊中出庭。按通常做法，於該等情況下，大律師不受規定要放棄其費用。另見 Brief; Hearing。 |
