释义	因取消出庭所引起的費用 The practice of claiming the whole of a fee for appearing at a hearing despite the barrister not being required to appear at the hearing because the matter is settled or not reached, or for some other reason does not proceed. Under normal practice, a barrister is not bound to waive his or her fee in these circumstances.
